自家烧烤羊肉串

每当夜幕降临,油田的小吃街上,就能看到烤羊肉串的烟缕缕升起,并不时飘来串串香味。

虽然吃着别人烤的羊肉串特别香,但是总觉得缺少点什么?对了,自己烤一烤羊肉,可是我内心最大的愿望,今天我终于梦想成真了!

开始串羊肉了,我左手拿着铅子,右手挑起一片红红的羊肝,用铅子的尖去扎羊肝,没想到羊肝摸着软软的,像棉花糖一样,串起来却很吃力,我费了好大的劲,才把这一片羊肝串到铅子上。我越串越顺手,一连串了好几串,不仅有羊肝,还有羊肉,虽然串得不是非常满意,但我却很知足。

I didn't expect that the mutton liver felt soft, like marshmallow, but it was very hard to string. It took me a lot of effort to string this piece of mutton liver onto lead. I string more and more smoothly, a series of several strings, not only liver, but also mutton, although the string is not very satisfactory, but I am very satisfied.
