最近这几天，我们学校的走廊上全都是在津津有味地用放大镜来取火的人。有的烧了白纸，有的烧了树叶，有的甚至烧了铅笔。刚好今天是星期六，我也想做做这个实验。 In recent days, the corridor of our school is full of people who are using magnifying glass to get fire with relish. I want to do the experiment. 早上太阳出来了，我带着放大镜和纸下楼。我用放大镜对准太阳，再在下面垫上一张纸，纸上出现一个大圆圈。我把放大镜左右上下移动，终于出现了一个光亮的小圆点。我坐在那里一动不动，可是过了好久纸也没烧着，于是我就想：可能现在的太阳还不猛烈，中午再来吧！ In the morning, when the sun came out, I went downstairs with a magnifying glass and paper. I used a magnifying glass to aim at the sun, and then put a piece of paper under it. A big circle appeared on the paper. I moved the magnifying glass up and down, and finally a small bright dot appeared. I sat there motionless, but the paper didn't burn after a long time, so I thought: maybe the sun is not strong now, come back at noon! 到了中午，我迫不及待地跑下楼，坐在烈日下摆弄放大镜。过了一会儿，我已经满头大汗，可是纸没一点变化，还是耐心等待吧。又过了半个小时，我已经耐不住了，我摸了一下纸，一点儿也不热。我确定实验失败了，只好垂头丧气地回家了。 |
