Patent to COVID-19 vaccine 国内首个新冠疫苗专利 China has granted its first COVID-19 vaccine patent to the adenovirus vector vaccine developed by Chen Wei of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences and Chinese biotech company CanSino Biologics, according to the National Intellectual Property Administration. 据国家知识产权局消息，由军事医学研究院陈薇及我国生物科技公司康希诺生物联合申报的腺病毒载体新冠疫苗专利申请近日获批，这是我国首个新冠疫苗专利。 The patent was submitted for application on March 18, and was approved on Aug 11, according to the patent document. 专利文件显示，该项专利于今年3月18日申请，8月11日获得授权。 |
