学捏饺子皮

每当看到别人捏的饺子皮又圆又好看时,我就羡慕得不得了。

今天我学着捏饺子皮。我先拿了一小块面,把它压得圆圆的、扁扁的,然后学着爸爸的样子,手一边转动饺子皮,一边捏着饺子皮的边儿。我试了几次,不是没用上劲,就是用过了劲,总之是不得劲。结果捏出来的饺子皮不是太薄,就是太厚;不是歪着,就是斜了。唉!瞧那惨不忍睹的饺子皮,真伤本姑娘的中国心呀,我有点丧气了!
