Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks on July 28 when addressing via video link the opening ceremony of the fifth annual meeting of the AIIB. 他提出，要把亚投行打造成推动全球共同发展的新型多边开发银行、与时俱进的新型发展实践平台、高标准的新型国际合作机构和国际多边合作新典范。 He called for efforts to make the AIIB a new type of multilateral development bank that promotes development across the world, a new type of development platform progressing with the times, a new type of high-performance institution for international cooperation and a new paradigm of multilateral cooperation. 2020年7月28日，亚洲基础设施投资银行第五届理事会年会视频会议开幕。亚洲基础设施投资银行，简称亚投行，是一个政府间性质的亚洲区域多边开发机构，按照多边开发银行的模式和原则运营，重点支持基础设施建设，于2017年12月正式宣告成立。多边开发银行是为发展中国家的经济和社会发展活动提供资金援助和专业咨询的机构，它是国际发展公共机构，其中历史最悠久也是最有影响的是1944年建立的世界银行。亚投行是首个由中国倡议设立的多边金融机构。 |
