关于学习障碍的研究在国外已有两百多年的历史。近年来，我国教育工作者在实施素质教育的过程中也对学习障碍问题进行了广泛研究与实验，并取得了显着的效果。21世纪是信息化的时代，信息的爆炸导致知识激增，阅读就成为个体重要的学习和生活技能。而事实上相当一部分人，特别是中学生，存在阅读障碍（或称阅读困难），这不仅使这些学生的语文学习成绩落后，而且严重影响其他学科的学习和终生学习能力的形成。在我国新一轮课程教材改革的大背景下，为了实现学习方式的根本性改变，研究中学生阅读学习障碍，提出有效的解决策略，提高学生阅读学习的能力，具有十分重要的现实意义。 The study of learning disabilities has a history of more than 200 years abroad.
