Many Iraqi children, who should have lived a carefree life, light candles in their hands and pray for peace with their young and devout hearts on a peaceful night. From their worried and sad faces, I can feel that the war has caused serious damage to these young minds. I think people who love peace all over the world will never forget that at 10:30 a.m. on March 20, the United States and Britain launched a war against Iraq. This two river basin, once the birthplace of human civilization, became the "human purgatory" in the roaring fire. |
