今年夏天，我和爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶等一行人去登圣灯山。 This summer, my father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and I went to mount shengdeng mountain. 圣灯山海拔有1064米，是重庆巴南区第一高峰，古木苍翠，郁郁葱葱。这里因为植被葱茏，空气清新，夏季气温较市区低约2—5摄氏度，是避暑踏青的好地方。山中有好多很险又很好玩的景点，蛇脱壳、铁门槛、狗钻洞等，我早就向往着去登山了。 Shengdeng mountain, 1064 meters high, is the highest peak in Banan District of Chongqing, with verdant ancient trees. Because of the lush vegetation and fresh air, the temperature in summer is about 2-5 ℃ lower than that in urban area, which is a good place for summer outing. There are many dangerous and interesting scenic spots in the mountain, such as snake shelling, iron threshold, dog drilling, etc. I have long been looking forward to climbing. 我们是从东山入口出发的。刚过山门，就下了一场阵雨，空气非常清新、凉爽。走了一段环山道，天晴了。因为下过一场雨，山路不但很陡，很窄，而且很滑，我们就小心翼翼地爬山。首先到达的是老庙坪，我们在老庙坪那里休息了一会儿，然后接着爬山。走了一段路，发现山路有点险，两边都是悬崖，到处长着树木和杂草，一不小心就会摔下去。我们只有拉着岩石上钉的铁拉手爬上去，就象攀岩一样，我们齐心协力终于过了最险的地方。 |
