9日下午，教育部副部长林蕙青透露，关于社会广泛关注的大学生休学创业，教育部今年将正式发布新修订的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》，对弹性学制和休学创业等作出明确规定。 另据了解，国务院办公厅2017年印发的《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》已明确提出：“实施弹性学制，放宽学生修业年限，允许调整学业进程、保留学籍休学创新创业”。 休学创业 关于休学创业，全国政协委员、新东方创始人/CEO俞敏洪去年曾这样说： "Students are allowed to suspend their courses to do business. I think that's good, but we must treat it rationally. As an angel investor, I'm invited to view graduates' startup projects every day. Speaking frankly, 95 percent of them are not innovative, just copycats, but that's normal, even in the United States. I think we should move forward by identifying really innovative projects and then supporting them with preferential policies". 现在允许学生休学创业，这是好事，但我们应该采取理性的态度。我现在搞天使投资，每天接触的大学生项目非常多，坦率地说，95%是没有创新的。但这是正常现象，就算在美国，100个公司里也没有多少公司有创新能力，其余的都是模仿拷贝。我们应该进一步挑选出真正的创新项目，用优惠政策给予支持。 |
