3月8日下午，十二届全国人大三次会议举行第二次全体会议。全国人大常委会委员长张德江作全国人大常委会工作报告，特别提到2017年要加强重点领域立法，推进反腐败国家立法。 请看相关报道： China plans to develop national legislation to fight corruption, according to a report delivered by top legislator Zhang Dejiang Sunday. The anti-graft legislation should be introduced as quickly as possible and the system of sanctions and prevention improved with the goal being a mechanism which means "officials dare not, cannot and do not want to be corrupt," according to the decision. 全国人大常委会委员长张德江8日在报告中表示，我国将推进反腐败国家立法。报告称，我国要尽快引进反腐败立法，完善惩治和预防腐败体系，形成不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的有效机制。 立法的英文为legislation，国家立法即national legislation，地方立法即local legislation。反腐败立法可以用anti-graft legislation来表达。立法机关称为legislature。中国的立法机关是全国人民代表大会及其常务委员会除了反腐败立法，证券法此外，明年我国还将健全民主政治立法 |
