German police are searching for a cyclist who filmed a dying man after a road accident instead of going to his aid. 德国某地近日发生一起交通事故，一名目击者发现后不但不施救，还用手机拍下摩托车驾驶员垂死一幕，目前警方正在搜寻此人。 Police say the cyclist could be prosecuted for failing to assist the 29-year-old who had crashed his motorbike into a lamp post.
