2018年2月份，英国电影协会（BFI）、英国电影和电视艺术学院（BAFTA）以及其它英国电影行业主要组织联合发布了反骚扰、霸凌的全新行为准则。艾玛·沃特森作为推行新标准的代表，在视频里讲述了这项举措对影视圈台前幕后从业者的意义。 从前我觉得她酷，是因为她的美貌，似乎没有她不能驾驭的风格。而现在我觉得她酷，是因为能够一直为了一件事情去坚持，站出来为了那些处在弱势的群体发声，这样的人真的都很酷，我一直是觉得“匹夫之勇易逞，而所谓的懦夫却最难当”的——一个人的力量真的太微薄太渺小了，撞得头破血流也不过像是一滴雨水落到烧得滚烫的铁上，转瞬即逝，旁人连你来过都不知道。 但是看到全世界那么多素不相识的人为了同一件事努力，好像真的是一件特别特别震撼的事。借用一句话说，“一切都会过去，一切也都在来的路上。一切，都是大势所趋。” So the BFI is launching a new set of principles,there's eight of them，and they are to do with bullying and harassment in the entertainment industry. These principles are important because up until recently there were no guidelines,there was no protocol for someone that had been sexually harassed in the entertainment industry. and I noticed to be a fact,because I've asked for principles I've asked to see guidelines,and no one could give them to me, no one could send me,okay, here's the protocol that we follow. |
