Well I want to talk about asmallchange I made that became a big healthy change in the end, and its a change thats still progressing.

我想说说我所做的一个“小”改变,它最终给我的健康带来了大变化,而且这个变化仍在继续。

I used to be totally addicted to sugar. So I decided one day to limit the amount of sugar I eat per day. I started out the rule that I can only eat 4 sugar items per day. The smallest piece of candy would count as a sugar item or the biggest slice of cake would count as a sugar item.

我过去吃甜食上瘾,所以有一天我决定要限制每天吃甜食的量,我开始制定每天只吃4份甜食的规定。最小块的糖算甜食,或者最大块的蛋糕也算甜食。

It went well, so I decided eventually only 2 pieces. I noticed eventually that even when I gave myself permission to eat more candies. I didnt feel the need to.

计划进展得很顺利,所以我决定最终只吃2份甜食。我发现最后甚至允许自己多吃甜品时,我也不想吃了。

Eventually I decided to challenge myself and saidOk no more sugar treats at all for at least 3 months.” I am now past 2 months, and giving up sugar entirely has been extremely easy.
