President Donald Trump says he has "no doubt" the new acting chief of the EPA, Andrew Wheeler, will continue with "our great and lasting EPA agenda." But environmentalists and some Democrats are already saying they are afraid that's exactly what he will do -- keep Scott Pruitt's policy of deregulation. The Ohio-born Wheeler is a former lawyer and longtime coal industry lobbyist. He is also a former chief of staff for Oklahoma Republican Senator James Inhofe -- one of the country's most vocal deniers of climate change.
