CAIRO, July 13-- At least 55 people were injured as an Egyptian train derailed on Friday near Egypt's Giza, south of the capital Cairo, official MENA news agency reported. The train was traveling from Cairo to the southern province of Qena. Three cabins of the train derailed and overturned, the Egyptian National Railways said in a statement. The Egyptian Health Ministry said it has sent 25 ambulances to the scene for rescue operations. |
