During the annual Two Sessions, top Chinese leaders always join a panel discussion with deputies to the National People’s Congress (NPC). 每年“两会”，高层领导人都会参加人大各地方代表团的讨论。 During each of the meetings, Chinese President Xi Jinping participated in the panel discussions with deputies to the NPC from Shanghai in 2013, 2017, 2017 and 2016.
