Already, these apparent misunderstanders of what constitutes pizza toppings in Japan have loosed the Kit Kat pizza upon the unsuspecting psyche of lovers of Italian-esque food stuffs, and now this crispy hand-tossed cheddar cheese-crusted caramel, marshmallow and roasted almond topped taste bud-confuser is out there further clouding what it is to be pizza. For only 800 yen (approximately $8) you can have your very own caramel/marshmallow pizza, if of course you have access to Japan.
