世界十大奇葩驾驶法规

Some may not sound outlandish in concept, but have extreme consequences; for example, if youre in Vietnam without a Vietnamese drivers license, you risk a prison sentence of up to three years. Otherslike banning the practice of tying your pet on the roof in Alaskaseem to be the result of an overzealous legal system.
