South Africa's first black president and anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela has died at the age of 95. 南非首位黑人总统、反种族隔离斗士纳尔逊·曼德拉逝世，享年95岁。 Mr Mandela led South Africa's transition from white-minority rule in the 1990s, after 27 years in prison for his political activities. 曼德拉曾经因政治活动在监狱里度过27年，20世纪90年代他领导南非从白人少数统治过渡到了现今的民主制度。 He had been receiving intensive medical care at home for a lung infection after spending three months in hospital. 曼德拉因肺部感染在医院里呆了将近三个月，之后他一直在家中休养并接受密切的医疗看护。 |
