I have been in my current position (for which I was headhunted) for just over three months and have had excellent feedback. But I am now 12 weeks pregnant. I want to raise my profile and gain managerial support without pregnancy clouding the issue. My plan, therefore, is to wait a couple of months before telling colleagues. Is this realistic?
