Do you sometimes feel like you are in a rut and you cant get out? We all do from time to time.

When I was younger, I remember lying in my bed most evenings before I fell asleep, and all I could think about was everything that was going wrong in my life, and played a video of all the things I wasnt happy with over and over in my mind. I would think about all the things that I wasnt achieving and wished that something would happen one day to make everything better, a miracle.

当我年轻时,我记得有很多晚在入睡前我都躺在床上,想的都是生活中进展不顺的事,在我脑子里像放电影一样一遍遍地重复着那些我不开心的事。我会想那些我没达成的事,希望有一天能发生奇迹,使一切都变好。

When things arent going as well as you want them to, perhaps you arent getting the results you want or you feel like you are in a dip, its difficult to see how things are really going to turn out the way you want them to.

Sometimes when we are so caught up in ourproblems”, we are unable to see any solution ahead or we keep trying to fix everything on the outside, when in fact, it is the inside that needs a little tweaking as well.
