A rare storm has left nine people dead and 272 injured in south China's Guangdong Province, local government said on Thursday. 据东莞市政府周四（3月21日）通报，昨日一场罕见的雷雨灾害袭击这座中国南部城市，致使9人身亡、272人受伤。 The thunderstorm and hail hit Dongguan City on Wednesday afternoon, with winds of up to 176.8 km per hour and maximum precipitation of 40.6 mm, said a spokesman for the Dongguan city government.
