泰国《家庭发展及保护法》自8月20日起正式施行，其中规定，民众如果在家中吸烟，导致其他家庭成员吸入二手烟，健康受到影响，将被视作家暴罪。吸烟者罪名一旦成立，或将面临法律制裁。 Smoking in your own home in Thailand may now be considered a crime, if the smoke is considered harmful to other people in the house. 在泰国，如果你在家中吸烟且被认为对其他人有害，今后将被视为犯罪。 The new law, Family Protection and Development Promotion Act, was initiated by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and was announced in the Royal Gazette on May 22, 2019. 这项名为《家庭发展及保护法》的新法律由社会发展和人类安全部发起，并于今年5月22日在《皇家公报》上公布。 The law aims at curbing smoking at home which might be hazardous for others' health residing under the same roof. In that case, it will be considered as 'domestic violence'.
