1 绿茶

Green tea, which is made of unfermented tea leaves, is healthy because it contains high amounts of antioxidants that are called polyphenols, according to the University of Maryland Medical Center.

绿茶是由未发酵过的茶叶制成,马里兰大医学中心研究表明,由于绿茶富含叫做茶多酚的抗氧化剂对健康相当有益。

Studies have shown that drinking three cups of green tea a day can decrease heart attack rate by 11 percent, and that it can also raise levels of "good" HDL cholesterol. Other research has linked drinking green tea with lower levels of bladder, breast and colorectal cancer.

有研究显示,1天喝3杯绿茶能偶降低11%心脏病发病率,还能提高对人体有好处的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。其他绿茶相关研究表明,绿茶还能够有效降低膀胱癌、乳腺癌和直肠癌的发病率。

2 红茶

Black tea -- which includes earl grey-- also has antioxidants that can protect the body from the effects of free radicals, Beauvais said. Unlike green tea leaves, black tea leaves are fermented or crushed.

博韦(药物学家)说红茶(包括伯爵茶)中含有抗氧化剂能够帮助身体不受自由基的侵害。和绿茶不同的是,红茶是发酵、碾压过的。

Some people might think that green tea is actually healthier than black tea, but WebMD reported that both actually contain the same amount of antioxidant polyphenols.
