永远不要对自己说的五句话

1. I Am Not Good Enough.

I have dreams. You have dreams. We all have dreams, but theres always something holding us back. If it isnt money, resources, or skills, then it is a fear of not being good enough.

我不够好。

我有梦想,你有梦想,大家都有梦想。但究竟是什么阻挡了我们前进的脚步?不是金钱,不是资源,不是技能,而是我们害怕自己不够好。

2. I Am Not Worth It.

A lot of self-sabotage happens because of this belief. Your beliefs can play tricks on you and it can be as simple as procrastinating and missing a deadline if youre a freelancer, or just missing a few vital goals in your life.

我不配。

很多人自暴自弃都是因为这个想法。有时候你的想法会捉弄你:从让你错过交稿的日期(如果你是个自由作家的话)到让你错过生命中的重要目标。

3. I Cant Do It.

There are various forms of I Cant Do It-itis, but when you notice where it is controlling your life, you can take corrective action.

我不行。

或许你有很多“我不行”清单。不过一旦你知道了究竟是什么在支配着你的生活,你就能够扭转局面。

4. I feel bad about feeling bad.

Feeling bad isnt bad. We live in a culture where we are supposed to be happy and cheerful all the time, but that just isnt reality. When we try to suppress our negativity, bad things happen. Whenever Im negative, I sit with it, breathe, and do my best to be present.
