An American male citizen has been accused of leaking online personal information of 14,200 Singaporeans and foreigners diagnosed with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), according to a press conference held by the Ministry of Health. The leaked data includes the information of 5,400 Singaporeans diagnosed with HIV up to January 2013, and 8,800 foreigners diagnosed up to December 2011. |
