WELLINGTON, June 19-- Two people died following a crash between a car and a train in eastern Bay of Plenty in New Zealand on Wednesday morning. The crash, on Pongakawa School Road near Te Puke, was reported to local police around 8:15 a.m. local time. It is confirmed by local fire and emergence service that two people have died in the crash. It is reported by local media that the victims weren't local residents. Motorists are urged to avoid the area while emergency services are dealing with the scene. |
