ANKARA, Aug. 14-- Turkey and Russia will take steps to "enhance strategic partnership," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said here on Tuesday. "We are at a turning point in the world. We are at a time of transition from bipolar order to multi-polarization," he said at a press conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara. Russia hopes that a reasonable approach will prevail in international relations and countries will return to a depoliticized dialogue, Lavrov said. |
