It is truly a great pleasure and good opportunity to meet a lot of old friends. 我很高兴有机会在麻醉药品委员会第六十届会议上致词。难得有此机会与许多老友重逢，令人非常欣喜。 WHO respects the mandate of the Commission as the central UN policy-making body on narcotic drugs, working to oversee application of the three narcotics conventions.
