Message on the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims 世界道路交通事故受害者纪念日致辞 20 November 2016 2016年11月20日 Today, like every day, more than 3,400 people will lose their lives on the world’s roads – many of them young men and women at the start of their adult lives. The World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims is a time to reflect on this tragic loss of life. 今天与每天一样，世界各地的道路上将有3400多人丧生——其中许多人都是刚刚步入成年的青年男女。世界道路交通事故受害者纪念日就是对这种惨痛生命损失进行反思的时刻。 It is also a time to scale up action to prevent these deaths, and the countless injuries.
