If you’re wasting too much time seeking respect or approval from others，then you won’t have time to acchieve all that you desire. So while it’s good to ask for feedback , rely on your own assessment of you rather than others. 2. Believe in yourself . If you do not have confidence in your own value, then nobody else will either.
