  众所周知,健康是我们最宝贵的财富,人人都希望有一个好身体,那么到底怎样做才能有助于保持健康呢?让我们一起来看看吧!

  What should we do to keep healthy?

  Good health is the most valuable possession(财产)a person can havebut one can't take good health for granted(认为……理所当然).It is important to remember that the body needs proper care in order to be healthy.There are three things that a person can do to help stay in good shapeeat the right foodsget enough sleepand exercise regularly.

  Proper nutrition(营养)is important for good health.

  Your body can't work well unless it receives the proper kind ofenergy”.Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat.Eat plenty of foods high in protein(蛋白质),like fishbeans and nuts.Vegetables and fruits are especially important because they provide necessary vitamins(维他命)and minerals(矿物质).Howeverdon't overeat.It is not healthy to be overweight.

  Getting the proper amount of sleep is also important.

  If you don't get enough sleepyou feel tired and get angry easily.You have no energy.Over a long period of timea little amount of sleep may even result in a change of personality(性格).Be sure to allow yourself from seven to nine hours of sleep every night.If you doyour body will feel strong and refreshedand your mind will be sharp.
