Jack is as tall as his brother. 杰克和他的弟弟一样高。 Tom speaks as quickly as his cousin. 汤姆讲话和他表弟一样快。 I have never seen a person as/so clever as he is. 我从来没见过像他那样聪明的人。 二、表示一方面超过另一方面时，要用“比较级＋than”的结构 Our classroom is brighter than yours. 我们的教室比你们的要明亮。 Dogs run faster than rabbits. 狗比兔子跑得快。 The problem is more difficult than that one. 这个问题比那个更难。 注意：(1)使用比较级时比较的对象应该相同。 The weather here is warmer than that of Shanghai. 这儿的天气比上海的天气暖和。 (2)比较双方如果一方在程度或数量上超过另一方时，可在比较级前加上副词修饰语。常见的有：much，a little，a bit，a lot，far，by far，even，still，rather，any(用于疑问句、否定句或条件状语从句)，a great deal等。 She felt a great deal more comfortable. 她感觉舒服多了。 Are you feeling any better today? 你今天感觉好些了吗？ 三、比较级的特殊结构 1.“the＋比较级，the＋比较级”结构，表示“越……就越……”。 The busier he is，the happier he feels. 他越忙就越觉得开心。 The more you praise him，the harder he works. 你越表扬他，他工作就越努力。 2.“比较级＋and＋比较级(两个同义形容词的比较级)”结构，表示“越来越……”。 It is getting warmer and warmer. 天气变得越来越暖和了。 Our city is becoming more and more beautiful. 我们的城市变得越来越漂亮了。 3.“the＋比较级＋of the two”，表示“两者中较……的一个”。 He is the taller of the two. 他是两者中较高的一个。 4.“not＋比较级＋than”表示“前者不比后者更……” “no＋比较级＋than”表示“前者和后者一样不……” She is not more generous than her young sister. 她并不比她妹妹慷慨大方。 I am feeling no better than yesterday. 我和昨天一样感觉不好。 四、表示倍数的四个句型 1....times as＋形容词或副词的原级＋as... 2....times＋形容词或副词的比较级＋than... 3....times the＋性质名词(size，height，depth，length，width)＋of... 4....times as much/many＋名词＋as...
