The Lord Himself. You can put your name right where it says you. Lets say it together, and Ill put my name, and you put your name, where it says you. Ready?For I know the thoughts that I think toward Aunt Dee, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give Aunt Dee an expected end. God is sovereign.
