Definitely，No one can deny the importance of it. mutual trust is conducive to the harmony of society. With trust among each other, people of diverse disposition, experience, thinking mode and backgrounds can have a better understanding and communication, and thus reduce unnecessary conflicts and frictions. To further illustrate the significance of mutual trust, I would like to take an empirical evidence as a case in point: surveys conducted by certain career-related websites have shown that roughly 98% of white-collar workers are more inclined to work with colleagues they trust.
