Chances are that he or she isnt the person responsible for the defective product or the poor service. Often the people who take complaints are not the people in change, unless youre dealing with a very small business. Yelling at them isnt fair, and doesnt do anything to get a refund or satisfaction for you. You need to reach the person in charge. The best way to do that is in writing. |
