Section A Short Conversation 1.It seems to me that there is no need to have a screen on the door in the winter We usually put it on in summer, dont we? The only reason for having a screen on the door is to keep insects out while the door is open. Q: When does the screen prevent insects from entering the room? 2. Youll see a little picture of a man over the mens room and one of a woman over the ladies room. Q:According to the woman,how can the man find a toilet in Paris? 3. M:Im going to Italy next month. Because of my poor Italian,Im afraid I cant make myself understood. What can I do? W: Youd better speak slowly and you may make a gesture when you cannot express your meaning clearly.
