What you did at that party. 1. a) If I had to describe a party I attended, I would mention my graduation party. b) I am sure you will know what I am talking about. 2. a) The party was held to celebrate me and my friends graduating from high school. b) That is to say, we were so happy to finish our twelve years of schooling that we had to celebrate in a big way. 3. a) Me and six of my friends attended the party. b) In other words, it wasnt a very large party. There are several reasons as for why I would like to talk about this party specifically. Allow me to explain by mentioning some of them briefly. 4. a) First of all, we were celebrating an important event in our lives. b) What I mean to say is that we were now moving from childhood into adulthood. 5. a) Secondly, it was the last time that we could all be together. b) For instance, two of my friends where leaving a few days later to go and study in Australia. 6. |
