Thats an interesting question. Firstly, it will depend on the nature of the emergency. For example, should I come across a serious road accident, I would call the emergency number on my mobile phone, and ask them to send the necessary help like a doctor and an ambulance immediately. Secondly it would depend on where the emergency occurred. For example, if I found a fire in my house, I will initially try to extinguish it myself. If this seems in vain I will call the fire station for assistance. 158. What are the most serious problems associated with modern life? Thats an interesting question. Allow me to explain my personal views by shortly mentioning the following points: I feel that there are a number of serious problems associated with modern life. Firstly, pollution is slowly but surely killing the whole planet Earth. For example, air pollution is making it more and more difficult for people to live in our cities. Secondly, overpopulation is making life on the planet unbearable. For example, in many parts of the world people are living in poverty. They have no future, and the quality of life they are experiencing is terrible. |
