香芋西米露 Sago And Taro Sweetened Soup 一、Ingredients 原料 150 g Taro 150克 芋头 80 g Sago 1.__________________ 400 ml Coconut milk 2.___________________ 400 ml Water 400毫升 清水 1/2 tsp Artifical sugar 3._______________________ 二、Method 做法 1. Dice the taro and steam for about 20 minutes until cooked. 1. 芋头切成小粒,入蒸锅蒸20分钟至熟。 2. Bring a pot of water to boil. Rinse the sago and pour into the boiled water. Cook and keep stir ring so it doesnt stick or get lumpy . Continue cooking until the sago is transparent . Now put out the whole lot into a colander . Turn on the cold water and rinse the sago under the water. 2. 烧开一锅水,将西米用水清洗一下,入滚水锅中。煮的过程中要不断的用勺子搅拌,不然西米会粘锅底。一直煮到西米呈半透明状,熄火。把西米倒入过滤网,然后冲凉水备用。 3. Bring 400ml water to boil and add in the taro and sago. Turn the heat down. Add in artificial sugar and coconut milk. Stir until all well-combined. It tastes good either served hot or cold. |
