It is well known that competition in society is intense. No company or person can escape failures. Since experiencing many failures in competition with their peers in school, these people have built up enough courage to face up to all difficulties they may encounter in the workplace or in their personal lives. Undoubtedly, a course of competition can help children overcome their fears of getting access to society thus getting well prepared for social life in the future. Body2 On the other hand, learning how to co-operate with others can help you become more successful. Some big firms strategy is to win big in the global marketplace where it is increasingly difficult to compete without partners. Likewise, a person who lacks of the spirit of team or social skills to get well around with other people may not be able to adapt to working with colleagues.
