He’s a little league coach and even a Big Brother. B: Wow, a regular old softie. A: 自从娶了Farina之后，Steve真是变得令人满意多了。 B: 是吗？你是说他现在变得和蔼体贴了？ A: 不止，他简直是太温和了，做了初级队的教练，而且还成了个孩子头儿。 B: 哇，一个十足的好人。 【语言点精讲】 mellow: 自如的，放松的，心满意足地。在口语中用来形容人不容易生气或变得沮丧，随和好相处。 kind: 指这个表达来源于德语的kinder（孩子）。形容人体谅他人，善良，从不有意伤害别人。 considerate: 体贴的；体谅的；考虑周到的。 go soft: 心软。使决心或决定动摇。 league: 体育联盟，体育联合会。 regular: 十足的，彻底的，不折不扣的。 old softie: 用来形容外表冷漠，但实际上很热心肠的人 |
