If managers can identify their employeespersonality styles, they can better understand what to expect from them and how to interact with them.Here are the four personality types of office workers:

如果管理者能识别员工的性格类型,他们可以更好知道对员工有什么期望以及如何与他们沟通。下面有四种类型的办公室员工:

1. Direct. Someone with a direct personality style will have a desk covered with paperwork, though its probably organized in piles. They typically prefer to learn independently and are action-oriented, so they may seem impatient or bored in group settings.

1.直接型。个性直接的人的办公桌上铺满文件,尽管这些文件可能被成堆摆放。他们通常喜欢独立学习,以行动为导向,所以他们在团队中似乎没有耐心、常常感到无趣。

Direct personalities tend to use language such asyou mustoryou should.” They also speak loudly and quickly and state their own opinions as facts. Furthermore, these people also have poor listening skills, so if you need to give them instructions, be direct and straightforward in your interaction.These people constantly feel like they need to be in a hurry and tend to make quick decisions.

个性直接的人倾向说话时用“你必须”或“你应该”之类的话。他们说话声音大、语速快,并把自己的观点当成事实。此外,这些人不善于从听到的话中整理信息,所以如果你要给他们下指令,请直接、简单些。这些人总是觉得他们要抓紧时间,倾向于快速地做出决策。
