Mr. Henry has a son. His name is Billy. Billy likes playing games and doesn’t like studying. When he can’t do homework, he often asks his mother. But Mrs. Henry can’t do it, either. She asks Mr. Henry to do all the homework for Billy every day. Mrs. Henry says she will do all the housework when Mr. Henry helps Billy to do the homework. And Mr. Henry doesn’t need to any housework. So Mr. Henry is always willing to help his son to do the homework.

It is Sunday today. Mr. Henry has a lot of clothes to wash. Mr. Henry hates to do washing. So he asks his son, “Do you have any homework to do, Billy? Let me help you!”

“No, today is my lucky day. I don’t have any homework today. ” Billy says happily.

“Bad luck! Today is my not my lucky day.” says Mr. Henry. “I have to wash the clothes today!”

Bob is a clever boy, but he is a little lazy. One day his math teacher assigns a lot of math homework for him. He is doing his math homework at home. There are so many numbers that makes him feel very boring. Then he has a good idea.

He goes to a shop in a hurry with his notebook. “Can I help you?” the shop assistant asks him.

“Yes, I’d like two kilos of carrots, three kilos of potatoes and three kilos of onions.” Bob says.

“It’s eight kilos. Do you need a shopping bag?” the shop assistant says.

Bob writes the answer on his notebook, and says “No, thanks. And I would like four kilos of apples, one kilo of bananas and two kilos of pears, too.”

“It’s seven kilos. But I’m afraid it’s too heavy for you to carry”, the shop assistant says in surprises. “ You don’t have a shopping bag, how you take them home.”

Bob writes the answers on his notebook quickly and says “I’m sorry, I don’t want to buy them now.” Then he runs home.
