2023蚌埠中考推荐直升生高中录取办法
<p align="center" style="clear:both;">优秀毕业生推荐直升普通高中录取办法</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;"> </p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">为全面贯彻党的教育方针，积极探索普通高中招生录取模式改革，2023年我市继续实施优秀初中毕业生推荐直升普通高中的录取办法，具体规定如下：</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">一、招生原则</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（一）公开、公平、公正原则。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（二）考生自愿原则。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（三）择优录取原则。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（四）分校录取的原则。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">二、招生计划</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">蚌埠铁路中学、五中、九中、十二中招收直升生各50人，全部为统招指标生。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">三、直升生资格</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（一）2023年蚌埠市在籍在校应届初中毕业生；</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（二）初中三年均在申请直升学校就读（含符合条件转入、复学的学生）</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">四、直升生招生程序</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（一）宣传</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">学校应召开考生及家长大会，宣讲直升生招生办法，公布直升生指标数。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（二）综合测评</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">学校在组织综合测评的基础上，按照本校直升生指标产生直升生拟推荐名单。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（三）张榜公示</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">学校应对拟推荐的直升生名单在校内进行公示。直升生人员如有变化需再次公示，公示时间不得少于三个工作日。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（四）填报志愿</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">被推荐的直升生须填写《2023年蚌埠市普通高中直升生推荐表》，家长签署明确意见。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（五）汇总上报</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">各校直升生最终录取名单于2023年6月7日前，报送市教育局招生考试院和基础教育科各一份。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（六）录取</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">对公示无异议的考生，根据直升学校提供的直升生最终录取名单录取。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">五、工作要求</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（一）直升生的推荐录取工作政策性强、牵涉面广、社会关注，相关学校应成立相应的工作领导机构，明确分工，责任到人，确保各项工作、各个环节按时间、按要求完成。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（二）直升生推荐必须充分尊重学生和学生家长意愿，不得强迫或变相强迫学生作为直升生推荐。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（三）学校要确保直升生质量。直升生必须参加初中毕业学业考试，考试成绩不得低于市区普通高中最低录取分数线。在推荐直升生的过程中应该以学生在德、智、体、美等方面的综合评价为依据，录取蚌埠铁中的考生综合素质评价结果须达到B等及以上，录取蚌埠五中、九中、十二中的考生综合素质评价结果须达到C等及以上，其他条件由学校制定，报市教育局批准向社会公示后方可实施，实施过程由市教育局进行监督。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（四）直升生的综合测试由学校自行组织。综合测试内容应着重考查学生的创新精神、实践能力以及运用所学知识分析和解决实际问题的能力，不得单独举行文化课考试，测试对象只限于被推荐的直升生。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（五）在直升生的推荐录取过程中，如发现徇私舞弊、弄虚作假的情况，一经查实，将取消该直升生的直升资格，并追究相关责任人的责任。</p><p align="left" style="clear:both;">（六）具体操作时间由相关学校向全体学生公布。</p><p align="center"
