我国首个高等教育教学质量国家标准发布

<p>教育部日前发布《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》,这是我国高等教育领域首个教学质量国家标准。</p><p><span word="The">The</span> <span word="Ministry">Ministry</span> <span word="of">of</span> <span word="Education">Education</span> <span word="released">released</span> <span word="its">its</span> <span word="first">first</span> <span word="national">national</span> <span word="standard">standard</span> <span word="on">on</span> <span word="the">the</span> <span word="teaching">teaching</span> <span word="quality">quality</span> <span word="of">of</span> <span word="higher">higher</span> <span word="education">education</span> <span word="institutions">institutions</span>, <span word="covering">covering</span> 587 <span word="majors">majors</span> <span word="in">in</span> 92 <span word="categories">categories</span> <span word="in">in</span> <span word="undergraduate">undergraduate</span> <span word="stage">stage</span>.</p><p>教育部发布我国高等教育领域首个教学质量国家标准,涵盖92个本科专业类、587个专业。</p><p>据教育部高等教育司司长吴岩介绍,此次发布的国家标准把握三大原则:</p><p>第一,突出学生中心(<span word="students">students</span>-<span word="centered">centered</span>)。注重激发学生的学习兴趣和潜能,创新形式、改革教法、强化实践,推动本科教学从“教得好”向“学得好”转变;</p><p>第二,突出产出导向(<span word="outcome">outcome</span>-<span word="oriented">oriented</span>)。主动对接经济社会发展需求,科学合理设定人才培养目标,完善人才培养方案,优化课程设置,更新教学内容,切实提高人才培养的目标达成度、社会适应度、条件保障度、质保有效度和结果满意度;</p><p>第三,突出持续改进(<span word="focusing">focusing</span> <span word="on">on</span> <span word="continuous">continuous</span> <span word="quality">quality</span> <span word="improvement">improvement</span>)。强调做好教学工作要建立学校质量保障体系,要把常态监测与定期评估有机结合,及时评价、及时反馈、持续改进,推动教育质量不断提升。</p><p>据介绍,该标准明确了各专业类的内涵、学科基础(<span word="disciplinary">disciplinary</span> <span word="foundation">foundation</span>)、人才培养方向(<span word="objects">objects</span> <span word="of">of</span> <span word="talent">talent</span> <span word="cultivation">cultivation</span>)等。对适用专业范围(<span word="coverage">coverage</span> <span word="of">of</span> <span word="majors">majors</span>)、培养目标(<span word="objects">objects</span>)、培养规格(<span word="norms">norms</span>)、师资队伍(<span word="teaching">teaching</span> <span word="staff">staff</span>)、教学条件(<span word="teaching">teaching</span> <span word="conditions">conditions</span>)、质量保障体系(<span word="quality">quality</span> <span word="assurance">assurance</span> <span word="system">system</span>)建设都作了明确要求,特别对师资队伍数量和结构、教师学科专业背景和水平、教师教学发展条件等提出定性和定量相结合的要求。</p>
