<p>一、学校自然情况说明</p><p>学校全称：沈阳工学院。</p><p>办学地点及校址：辽宁省抚顺市经济开发区滨河路(东段)1号。</p><p>办学类型：普通高等学校(民办)。</p><p>办学层次：本科、高职。</p><p>学习年限：本科专业学制4年,学习年限为4-6年;</p><p>其中动物医学专业学制5年，学习年限为5-7年;高职专业学制3年，学习年限为3-4年。</p><p>办学形式：全日制。</p><p>二、计划特别说明</p><p>1、招生计划分配原则和办法，预留计划比例及使用原则。</p><p>分省计划根据学校多年一志愿上线率以及报到率情况进行分配，并兼顾中西部地区安排招生名额;</p><p>分专业计划根据学校办学条件，就业情况，经学校招考委研究确定各学科门类的培养规模和招生计划，主要满足经济社会发展急需的一流特色学科和重点支持的学科专业计划;</p><p>在使用预留计划时，必须坚持集体议事、集体决策、公开透明的原则，在相应录取批次投档前投放。</p><p>普通类预留计划1%，艺术类预留计划15%。</p><p>2、经批准有语种限制的专业及允许招生的语种：外语语种不限。</p><p>计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、通信工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器、软件工程、网络工程、物联网工程、电气工程及其自动化、国际经济与贸易、酒店管理、生产过程自动化技术、计算机网络技术专业考生入学后所学外语语种均为英语，小语种考生慎报。</p><p>3、有男女生比例要求的专业及限制比例： width="72"></td></tr></tbody></table><p>按类招生情况说明：</p><p>2023年我校部分专业继续实行按学科门类招生。学生入学1年后,根据学校规定、市场需求和依本人成绩自主选择专业。</p><p>四、毕业证书与学位证书说明</p><p>本科学生学习期满，成绩合格颁发沈阳工学院本科毕业证书，达到沈阳工学院学位授予标准的颁发沈阳工学院学士学位证书。</p><p>高职学生学习期满，成绩合格颁发沈阳工学院高职专科毕业证书。</p><p>五、收、退费等说明</p><p>1、学费收取标准：</p><p>严格按照省物价部门批准并办理收费许可的标准向学生收费。</p><p>2、学费的退费办法：</p><p>学生因故退学或提前结束学业的，学校根据学生实际学习时间，按照《辽宁省民办学校退费管理办法》(辽价发〔2023〕53号)相关规定办理退费。</p><p>3.奖助学金及勤工助学：</p><p>(1)学校奖学金</p><p>学校奖学金根据学生在校德智体等方面综合表现评定。</p><table width="214"><p>专业年级学生数的20-40%</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>特殊说明：</p><p>植物生产类(农学、园艺、植物保护)、动物生产类(动物医学、动物科学)、兵器类(弹药工程与技术、特种能源技术与工程)是我校重点建设学科专业之一，为响应国家加快新农村建设、重点发展新农业产业和新能源产业，结合我校一二五规划，经研究决定，增大以上专业学生学校奖学金获奖比例，受奖面达40%以上。</p><p>(2)国家(政府)奖学金</p><p>根据国家和辽宁省的奖学金设置办法和评选条件，对品学兼优的学生进行奖励，奖励金额及比例按当年国家和辽宁省的有关文件规定执行。国家奖学金：2023元/人年，省政府奖学金：2023元/人年。</p><p>(3)国家励志奖学金、国家助学金</p><p>按照国家励志奖学金、国家助学金设置办法和评选条件，结合我校实际，对家庭经济困难的学生进行奖励和资助，金额及比例按当年国家和辽宁省的有关文件规定执行。励志奖学金：2023元/人年</p><p>(4)国家助学贷款</p><p>经济困难的学生可根据规定在家庭所在地申请国家助学贷款。</p><p>(5)勤工助学</p><p>学校设立勤工助学岗位，为经济困难的学生提供助学帮助。</p><p>六、录取办法说明</p><p>1、调档比例：</p><p>按照顺序志愿投档的省(市)自治区，调阅考生档案的比例原则上控制在120%以内。按照平行志愿投档的省(市)自治区，调阅考生档案的比例控制在105%以内。</p><p>2、身体健康状况要求</p><p>按照教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会印发的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》执行。</p><p>3、院校志愿及录取</p><p>我校2023年根据各招生省(市)自治区的要求进行录取。在实行平行志愿录取的省(市)自治区，实行平行志愿投档录取方式;在不实行平行志愿录取的省(市)自治区，按考生报考志愿，根据分数优先的原则进行录取;</p><p>4、对照顾录取考生的处理</p><p>在录取中执行省招考委关于照顾录取规定。</p><p>5、进档考生的专业安排办法</p><p>进档考生的专业(按学科类招生的专业，以大类招生专业进行录取)安排实行分数优先的原则，对投档成绩相同的考生文科按外语、语文、数学排序;理科按数学、语文、外语排序。</p><p>6、艺术类考生录取原则</p><p>(1)设计学类、动画专业</p><p>在政治思想品德考核、体检合格的情况下，符合有关省份相应层次的文化课和专业课控制分数线要求，按考生综合成绩择优录取(综合成绩=高考总分*40%+专业课成绩*60%)。在综合成绩相同的情况下，优先录取专业课成绩高的考生，在综合成绩和专业课成绩都相同的情况下,优先录取外语成绩高的考生。</p><p>(2)表演专业</p><p>辽宁省生源考生须参加辽宁省招生考试办公室统一组织的影视表演专业统考并成绩合格。在辽宁省划定的文化课录取控制分数线和艺术类专业分数线上，按省统考的专业考试成绩排名从高到低录取;非辽宁省生源考生要求文化课成绩达到本省招办划定的艺术类文化课录取控制线上，按我校的专业考试成绩(无我校加试成绩的，按照省统考专业加试成绩)排名从高到低录取。专业课成绩相同的情况下,优先录取外语成绩高的考生。</p><p>7、有关事项说明</p><p>建议报考风景园林专业的学生最好具有一定的绘画基础。</p><p>8、新生复查</p><p>新生入校后，学校进行入学资格复查，不符合入学条件的、弄虚作假等舞弊情况的考生，依据国家有关规定，取消其入学资格。</p><p>9、录取结果的公布渠道</p><p>录取通知书及学校网站公布。</p><p>10、联系电话、网址</p><p>学院地址：辽宁省抚顺市经济开发区滨河路(东段)1号</p><p>邮政编码：202322</p><p>学院网址：www.syyyy.com.cn</p><p>招生电话：024-20232023、024-20232023、</p><p>沈阳工学院</p><p>2023年4月</p>
