咖啡豆也分公母
<p>我本身不常喝咖啡,虽然看了老友记那么久,但是下午2点后喝一杯咖啡,晚上就会让我睡不着,越不常喝就越对咖啡因敏感。出国玩的时候偶然的机会参观了一个咖啡加工厂,涨了不少关于咖啡的知识,比如咖啡豆是分公母的,这里分享给爱喝咖啡的读者朋友。</p><p>1. <span word="Arabica">Arabica</span>、<span word="Robusta">Robusta</span>、<span word="Liberica">Liberica</span>. 咖啡树有73个品种,其中对人类有经济意义的有3种,就是<span word="Arabica">Arabica</span>、<span word="Robusta">Robusta</span>、<span word="Liberica">Liberica</span>这三种。</p><p>2. <span word="Male">Male</span> & <span word="female">female</span> <span word="coffee">coffee</span> <span word="beans">beans</span>---<span word="roasted">roasted</span>--- <span word="roasted">roasted</span> <span word="male">male</span> & <span word="female">female</span> <span word="coffee">coffee</span> <span word="beans">beans</span>. 咖啡豆采集以后先区分公母,然后烘培,最后分出烘培后的公豆和母豆。咖啡豆果实里,如果含有一粒咖啡豆,那么是公豆,如果含有两粒咖啡豆,那么是母豆。公豆一般是圆的,而母豆是扁的,按照概率,公豆一般占产量的5%-10%,比母豆要贵。从效果来看,母豆咖啡喝多了会心悸,焦味更大,公豆咖啡相对口感更好,对身体的刺激要小,是更上乘的咖啡豆。</p><p>3. <span word="Bad">Bad</span> <span word="beans">beans</span> <span word="are">are</span> <span word="for">for</span> <span word="instant">instant</span> <span word="coffee">coffee</span>. 咖啡豆分为好豆和坏豆,坏豆就直接用来做三合一的速溶咖啡,知道真相的我眼泪流下来。</p><p>4. <span word="Female">Female</span> <span word="beans">beans</span> <span word="are">are</span> <span word="what">what</span> <span word="you">you</span> <span word="see">see</span> <span word="in">in</span> <span word="Starbucks">Starbucks</span>. 母豆比公豆的产量要大,它们去了哪里呢,其实就是在星巴克等咖啡厅里看到的那种一大袋一大袋的扁扁的咖啡豆。</p><p>5. <span word="Kopi">Kopi</span> <span word="Luwak">Luwak</span>. 大名鼎鼎的猫屎咖啡。印尼有一种麝香猫,通过嗅觉可以选出最好的咖啡果实,在它们的胃里去掉了那种咖啡的苦涩味,然后咖啡豆它们无法消化,就排出体外,被人们收集后用来做出非常昂贵的咖啡。对于人类来说,这种麝香猫相当于帮助我们节省了搜索的时间、还去掉了很难人工去除的咖啡豆的苦涩味。</p>
