小升初英语单词构词法秘密
<p> 在单词教学时,教师可从字母组合、字母组合、辅音连缀、音节划分、句子朗读等方面,增强单词语音的准确性和趣味性。针对小学生活泼好动的特点,利用与音素相关的歌谣、歌曲、谜语、绕口令等,让学生在有趣有活动中巩固所学音标和读音规则,为掌握好单词打好基础,如:在教单词读音时,可利用相近的单词语音(<span word="park">park</span>-<span word="mark">mark</span>-<span word="dark">dark</span>-<span word="lark">lark</span>, <span word="dear">dear</span>-<span word="pear">pear</span>-<span word="bear">bear</span>-<span word="near">near</span>)进行朗读训练,提高学生自读单词的能力, 通过这样的教学,能够使学生轻松地掌握许多新词,不断地扩大词汇量。以下是笔者在单词教学中拓展词汇量的一些做法,与大家一起分享。</p><p> 一、利用旧词组合,打开增加词汇量的大门</p><p> 词组是构成句子的成分,学好词组是相当重要的,许多旧单词组合在一起,会产生新的词义,利用旧单词的组合来记忆新词组也是增加词汇量的一个好方法。例一:教学<span word="afternoon">afternoon</span>这个词时,我把它分成<span word="after">after</span>(在以后)和<span word="noon">noon</span>(中午),学生明确了<span word="after">after</span>的意思后,就能理解:<span word="after">after</span> <span word="class">class</span>(在课后),<span word="after">after</span> <span word="school">school</span>(在放学后)。例二:教学<span word="today">today</span>时,让学生理解<span word="day">day</span>的意思是天,他们能推理出 <span word="all">all</span> <span word="day">day</span>(整天)、<span word="one">one</span> <span word="day">day</span>(有一天)。 例三:教学<span word="take">take</span> <span word="off">off</span>(脱下)时,明确<span word="take">take</span>有拿、花的意思:<span word="take">take</span> <span word="the">the</span> <span word="book">book</span> <span word="to">to</span> <span word="the">the</span> <span word="classroom">classroom</span>(把书拿到教室),<span word="take">take</span> <span word="time">time</span>(花时间),这样的例子数不胜数:<span word="on">on</span> <span word="foot">foot</span>(步行),<span word="right">right</span> <span word="now">now</span>(立刻),<span word="the">the</span> <span word="Great">Great</span> <span word="Wall">Wall</span>(长城),<span word="be">be</span> <span word="good">good</span> <span word="at">at</span>(善于),<span word="family">family</span> <span word="name">name</span>(姓)等等。</p>
